1. Who we are

Skillido is a product of Next Day Online B.V., located at Wilpsedijk 2b, 7384 CC Wilp, the Netherlands, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 08198136, VAT identification number NL820824513B01. You can reach us at hallo@skillido.com.

2. What these terms apply to

These terms apply to your use of the English pages of skillido.com and to any purchase you make there. The free tests don't need a purchase or an account. We sell to consumers in Ireland, Malta and the Netherlands; elsewhere you can't buy anything on these pages yet.

3. What you buy

You buy a report: your full result of one finished test. What you get is listed per product below. Which product you buy is on the checkout page and in your confirmation email. The Dutch packages are sold only on the Dutch pages, under the Dutch terms.

Every purchase at Skillido is a one-off payment: there is no subscription and nothing renews or is charged automatically. All prices include VAT. You pay in euros, by credit card, PayPal or iDEAL, on the page of our payment provider Mollie.

4. Access and when you get it

After payment you get an email with a personal link to your report. That link doesn't expire. If you lose it, enter the email address you ordered with on the report page and we send it again for free.

That email arrives right after payment, within an hour at the latest. If it isn't there after an hour, check your spam folder first. If it isn't there either, email us and you'll get a new link the same day.

5. What you need to use it

Skillido runs in the browser, on a tablet, phone, laptop or computer. There is nothing to install and no app. You need an internet connection and a browser from the last few years, such as Safari, Chrome, Edge or Firefox. Playing offline is not possible.

6. Fourteen-day withdrawal period

You have fourteen days to withdraw, counted from the day you enter into the contract. Within that period you can withdraw without giving a reason.

Because you get access to digital content right away, at checkout we ask you separately for two things: whether we may start right away, and whether you agree that you give up your withdrawal period by doing so. That box is not ticked in advance. If you tick it, we confirm both choices in your order confirmation email, and only then does your withdrawal period end. If you don't tick it, you keep your full fourteen days.

The easiest way to withdraw is the button on skillido.com/en/withdraw. An email to hallo@skillido.com works too, and so does the model form at the bottom of this page, but you don't have to use it. We refund you within fourteen days of your withdrawal, using the same payment method.

7. Our fourteen-day guarantee

On top of your legal withdrawal period, we give our own guarantee. Within fourteen days of your purchase you get your money back if you ask for it. You don't need to give a reason, you don't need to have played anything, and the guarantee still applies if you asked us to start right away at checkout and gave up your withdrawal period.

Email hallo@skillido.com from the address you ordered with. We refund you within fourteen days, using the same payment method. Your access stops when we issue the refund.

8. What we do and don't promise

Skillido is a game and a practice program. It is not a medical service, not a medical assessment and not a treatment. We make no promise about any effect on your memory, your concentration or your health. If you are worried about those, see your doctor.

9. Availability

We do our best to keep the site running, but maintenance or an outage at a supplier can make it temporarily unavailable. If a paid program is down for more than seven days in a row because of a fault on our side, you can ask for your money back within thirty days after that, even if your purchase is older than fourteen days.

10. Use of your account

Your access is personal. If we see that your link is used by many different people, we contact you first. If nothing changes after that, we may end your access. If we do so within fourteen days of your purchase, we refund your money.

11. Liability

We are liable for damage caused by a failure on our part, under the ordinary rules of Dutch law. We are not liable for indirect damage such as lost income, except in the case of intent or deliberate recklessness.

12. Complaints and applicable law

Email a complaint to hallo@skillido.com; you get a reply on the substance within five working days. If we can't resolve it together, you can go to court. We are not affiliated with a dispute resolution body.

Dutch law applies, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection of the country where you live.

13. Changes

We may change these terms. Changes only apply to purchases made after the change. If something essential changes about what you already bought, we tell you at least thirty days in advance at the address you ordered with. If you don't agree, you can end your purchase and get a pro rata refund.

14. Age

You must be 16 or older to create an account or make a purchase. If you are younger, a parent or guardian creates the account and makes the purchase.

Model withdrawal form

You don't have to use this form. The button on skillido.com/en/withdraw or a plain email works just as well. If you do want to use it, fill it in and send it to us.
